New template

This is a new template from www brauck [punt] nl for use with the excellent CMS sNews.

The original design was from tri-star web design, a fixed width design with a fixed background. I liked the design in general, but I prefer a centered design, so I reworked it to what it is now. As the css is heavily moderated, I think I can call it my design.
